I understand that Legacy Hail LLC will only repair damage covered by my insurance policy, as discussed and agreed upon during our consultation. Any additional damage not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the customer. *

I acknowledge that any issues related to rental vehicles are directly handled by the rental company. If I am using a rental vehicle, I agree that any damage incurred during the repair process is the responsibility of the rental car provider.*

I acknowledge that cancelling service after the initial estimate, or if the vehicle is deemed a total loss, will result in a $500 estimate fee. Any additional repairs added to the estimate (supplements) will incur a separate $500 fee.*

I understand that all payments for services will be made payable to Legacy Sales LLC and sent directly to them.*

I agree to provide access to the vehicle on the scheduled date for repairs. I also give Legacy Hail LLC permission to contact my insurance and obtain information needed.*
